About us
Our Founder
Kaymin Ormerod is an admitted attorney with a BA (Psychology) LLB LLM. She completed her Masters in Alternative Dispute Resolution, specialsing in mediation, international commercial arbitration and specialised employment rights.
Kaymin has extensive conveyancing experience, and has litigated on behalf South African State-owned Entities. Some of Kaymin's clients included Airports Company of South Africa, UNISA, the National Lotteries Commission, the Government Employees' Pension Fund (Public Investment Corporation), the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa and Transnet.
Kaymin is currently an Adjudicator in the telecommunications industry, providing her services to Wireless Application Service Providers’ Association and Internet Service Providers' Association.
Kaymin has a deep love for people, and opened a consultancy that is human-centric in the pursuit of making real-life changes to peoples' lives.

FICA
The Financial Intelligence Centre Act 38 of 2001 (FICA) came into effect in 2002. FICA, among others, made provision for the training of employees of accountable and reporting institutions. The objective, thereof, is to ensure proper compliance by the employees with the provisions of FICA.
POPIA
The Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) came into effect on 1 July 2021, placing the issue of privacy and data at the forefront of legal compliance.
